Check in was quick and easy. The room smelled of smoke so we were immediately given a new room. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean except for the floor. Just an OK stay….. couldn’t check in a 4:30, when check in time was 3:00, got back to hotel at 9:00PM, didn’t have the room I had reserved, double when my reservation was for king. Guy on desk at 4:30 seemed overwhelmed, overworked, & exhausted.
