The room service was both quick and delicious. Every staff member I interacted with, from valet to front desk, was kind and professional. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience. We went to have dinner at the restaurant and someone came out three times to tell us they were out of stuff we ordered. I finally asked, what do you have? I ended up with a cesser salad with steak on top. It was a Tues. The front staff was very friendly and the hotel is nice, the room was comfortable. My only complaint about the room is, put a normal coffee maker in there. Not everyone wants foamy Expresso. I just wanted a cup of hot black coffee. Oh, and I had to have someone bring caffeinated Expresso cups because they only had decaffeinated in the room.
