Struttura decadente sebbene affascinante

Servizio e gestione pessimi, in una struttura antica e affascinante sebbene male conservata. La colazione e il servizio ristorante sono da ostello. Il personale non è qualificato, è abbigliato e si comporta in modo indecoroso. La struttura dista 14 km dalla città di Knysna e gli ultimi 3,5 km sono di strada sterrata priva di illuminazione. La sera di Capodanno il personale ha abbandonato la struttura, lasciando la reception vuota e chiudendo il ristorante. Sconsiglio di soggiornare in questo hotel.

O hotel fica um pouco distante da cidade. Não recomendo chegar após o anoitecer. Porém é um lugar muito bonito, tranquilo, e atendimento muito bom. Ótimo café da manhã. Tem um pub dentro da propriedade, bem legal.Quartos confortáveis.
