Was a nice hotel but not safe

Checked in and went into city but before leaving I pulled the curtains closed and locked the door. Came back to hotel after 10 pm to find the curtains open and the door was unlocked. Someone that has access to keys must’ve went into our room but never locked up not good called hotel and was told they were going to look at security tape from camera. Never heard nothing from them. BEWARE!!! Of this hotel. Nothing was taken but why go in camera???

Huoneet erittÀin siistit!

Check in sekÀ kommunikointi haastavaa henkilökunnan kanssa koska eivÀt puhuneet kunnolla englantia. Olimme tehneet ja maksaneet varauksen hotels.comin kautta, mutta henkilökunta oli veloittamassa meitÀ uudestaan. Ihan kuin eivÀt tienneet koko varauksesta mitÀÀn. Varasimme 1n huoneen 3 lle aikuiselle, mutta saimme 1 huoneen kahdelle (1 parisÀnky). Resortin sivulle ja vatausta tehdessÀ luki ettÀ lisÀvuode saatavilla pyydettÀessÀ, muttei heillÀ ollut. Tarjosivat lastensÀnkyÀ 500b lisÀmaksusta vaikka kukaan ei siihen mahtuisi nukkumaan. Nukuimme siis kolmestaan parisÀngyssÀ mutta maksoimme 3sta ihmisestÀ. Resortti on erinomaisessa kunnossa ja ilmeisesti aika uusi. Kaukana kaikesta. YllÀtyimme siitÀ ettÀ olimme ainoita asiakkaita. Samassa yhteydessÀ vesipuisto (lÀhinnÀ lapsille suunnattu) jonne nÀimme 2n pÀivÀn aikana muutaman asiakkaan menevÀn. Skootterit kalliita, 300b/vrk. Muualla 200b. Henkilökunta teki kyllÀ parhaansa ja oli ystÀvÀllisiÀ. Paikkaa tulisi mainostaa sillÀ huoneet oli erittÀin siistejÀ sekÀ koko alue.

Établissement neuf. Mini Ă©picerie dans la cour mĂȘme. Location de scooter sur place. Piscine bien entretenu. Parc de jeu d'eau pour enfants Ă  l'arriĂšre ($). Plage de quelques km trĂšs peu frĂ©quentĂ© Ă  prĂšs de 500m. Personnel parle trĂšs peu anglais. Loin de tout (scooter nĂ©cessaire).

Dejligt sted. SÞde og imÞdekommende personale, men snakker dÄrligt engelsk. Godt legeland til de mindste. Kl 17 er ALT lukket ned og man skal have taxi til Sala Dan for at spise.

Nur fĂŒr Tagesausflug geeignet

Der Wasserpark ist schön, das Hotel ist eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten mit Kind gebucht - und gezahlt. Vor Ort haben wir erfahren, dass fĂŒr Kinder kein separates Bett zur VerfĂŒgung steht, und das Kind altersunabhĂ€ngig im Bett der Eltern schlafen muss. Die Betten sind in eine starre Plastikfolie eingepackt (vermutlich zum Schutz gegen Wasser), was einen in der Nacht nicht schlafen lĂ€sst, da es bei jeder Bewegung knistert. Das Personal spricht KEIN Englisch. SĂ€mtliche Kommunikation erfolgt ĂŒber Google Translator (man spricht in das Telefon des Personals, und Google Translate ĂŒbersetzt bestmöglich in Thai (und umgekehrt)). Das aufgefĂŒhrte Restaurant ist quasi nicht existent. Abends um 19:00 Uhr macht alles zu (auch der kleine Laden im Resort, in dem es Kilometerweise Chips etc. gibt). Die Auswahl im Restaurant is sehr sehr stark beschrĂ€nkt; nicht alles ist dann auch verfĂŒgbar (Chicken gab es nicht mehr). Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war essbar, viel sollte man aber nicht erwarten. Das Resort ist sehr fĂŒr einen Tagesausflug geeignet. Wir empfehlen keinem, dort zu ĂŒbernachten. Wir haben uns entschieden, das Geld fĂŒr die weitere Übernachtung abzuschreiben, und sind vorzeitig abgereist.
