We were not sent the check in instructions until numerous emails on the VRBO website and finally texting the owner at check in time. This put added stress on our group especially not being from Germany.With the heat the apartment needs fans. The windows are easily opened with wide windows; however, there is traffic at all hours on the road and noise from adjacent apartments.

Große, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung. Check In war super entspannt, mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min in Koblenz Innenstadt. Es gab nur 1 Parkplatz, vor der Tür aber genug Möglichkeiten. Wir waren zu acht. Trotz vorherigem Nachfragen gab es im essbereich nur 6 Stühle. Auf die erste Nachfrage musste ich mehrere Wochen auf eine Antwort warten. Dies sowie nur die eine Bewertung haben mich kurz an der Existenz zweiflen lassen. Den Schreibtischstuhl konnten wir als siebten Stuhl noch dazu stellen aber eine Person musste leider immer stehen. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher gab es auch nur für 6 Personen. Diese wurden zwar sofort nach geliefert, mussten aber selbst bezogen werden. Generell würde ich die Wohnung aber empfehlen und wiederkommen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
