Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!

Personel cok nazik. Güller yuzlu. Kahvaltı cok guzel. Odala temiz, modern. Tavsiye ediyorum. Ben 2 gece kaldım. Erciyes kayak merkezinde Kayseriye gittim. Transferler ve belediye dolmuş otelden 5dk mesafeli. Seneye tekrar kayağa gidersem,ayni otelde kalırım 😊

Odalar çok kirliydi, çok ağır tuvalet kokusu vardı. Yerler, lavabo duş vs hepsi çok kirliydi. İlk gece zorla kaldık. Alternatif bir otel bulamadığımız için devamında konaklamak zorunda kaldık. Koku sebebiyle odada durulmayacak seviyedeydi. Bunu ilettik ekstra temizlik yaptılar fakat yinede tuvalet kokusu geçecek bir şey değildi. Oda görselleri ile odalar uyumsuz çok küçüktü. İlk gün tanıtım vs bir sebepten kahvaltı özenli ve güzeldi sonraki günlerde bomboş ve bayat ürünlerden kahvaltı servisi yaptılar.

Personel çok iyiydi. Kaldığımız odalardan birinde, tuvalet kapısı bozuktu ve kapanmıyordu. Klozet kapağı da kırıktı. Kahvaltı mekanı çatı katındaydı ve tek çıkış asansördü. Güvenlik açısından merdiven çıkışı da olmalı.
