Nice rooms, very friendly and competent housekeeping and reception staff. One bad experience: we got take away coffee with soy milk from the restaurant and found that the milk was off. The. Ext day they had fresh soy milk but didn’t process the charge fast enough so when we checked out it wasn’t billed. After we left we got a call that Rs 430 or roughly USD 5.00 was due from us for which I should provide the credit card number. I refused, especially as we had paid for the spoilt coffee and no one offered us a free replacement.

Really enjoyed me stay at Ibis Kochi city. Close to centre square mall and the river side walk. Plenty of space in the hotel and the bed was very comfortable. Safety box was provided. Reception was very friendly and called me 30mins before check out. Thank you so much

This is my 2nd time at Ibis, Kochi. I'd loved my stay last time at Ibis more than any other and that is why I chose it for a 2nd time. Even though the overall experience has been good, I could tell that the shampoo and soap dispensers hadn't been changed in a long time. Barring this, my stay has been pleasant.
