The staff was great! From check in through giving helpful hints on places to go, best routes to get there, and overall making us feel at home, this stay cemented us staying at this location going forward. We are in this area 1 to 2 times every year. The decision on where to stay is already made!!

The staff was amazing! They are good people. But, whomever designed these rooms. Why is the soap locked on the wall 3 steps away from the sink? I have a broken foot, and thos 3 steps are alot in crutches. Also , dear corporate, why were the keycards failed? Can yougo back to normal keys? You're very lucky you have a good staff that got everyone in the rooms ok.

Clean room, tv stopped working 10:30 pm after just returning to our room and there were no other rooms available, the manager found another tv and personally swapped them out for us, he went above and beyond my expectations resolving that issue. Breakfast was good, pool was clean. Great time
