某会員サービスサイトで予約できたので利用しました。 電話で簡単にプラン変更できたり、最もよいプランを提案していただけたりと、対応はとてもよかったです。 ただ、ホテル前の駐車スペース(特に北寄り)と、一階ラビーから喫茶スペースまでがとにかく「タバコ臭い」の一言に付きました。 喫茶スペースそばに喫煙所の出入り口があるのですが、そこからとてつもないタバコ臭が漂い、せっかく美味しく頂きたかったウェルカムケーキの味が台無しでした。 また、シャトレーゼアイスが食べ放題なのはとても嬉しかったのですが、若干軟らか目で、また、コーンが柔らかくなっておりパリパリ感が全くありませんでした。 朝食は和食を選択したのですが、とてもボリュームがありとても満足しました。一部のおかずや主食はバイキング形式でしたので、朝からたくさん食べられる方でも大丈夫だと思います。 エキチカでシャトレーゼホテルに泊まりたい！のであればよいと思います。

アイス無料だけど老朽化が激しいホテル

仕事柄、全国のビジネスホテルに宿泊しますが、久々に突っ込み所満載のホテルに泊まりました。 まず、施設の老朽化が半端ないです。 ＊冷房の効きがが悪いし、操作ボタンが壊れている ＊ベッド脇のデジタル時計の液晶が壊れていて見えない ＊シャワーの温度調節が難しい ＊カードキー全盛の中、鍵が昭和時代のまま ＊コンセントが少ない など。 温泉がありますが、正直浴場も更衣室も狭いです。 またお湯がぬるかったです。 良かったことは駅から徒歩10分弱ということと、シャトレーゼのアイスが無料で食べられることくらいでしょうか。 （但し時間が決められていて、部屋への持ち込み禁止）

急な葬儀の為に急遽選んだホテルでしたが、温泉があって部屋も広くて良かったです。 受付の方々の対応もとても親切で心地よかった。ただ、枕と、浴衣が少し加齢臭？臭いのが気になりました。
