Glad to have booked the mountain view, was great! Everything was clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. It is a bit out of the way if you want to do more activities at Lake Kawaguchiko or Shimoyoshida. I didn't mind walking, so still doable. Really pleasant stay!

The onsen is great experience for our whole family. Close to Fujiten snow resort . Lovely staff from front desk.
