Absolutely amazing! We loved everything about this place. Staff were so friendly, constantly ensuring our needs were met and we were happy and comfortable. Location was perfect, opposite the beach and not far from all sorts of fun restaurants and bars. Breakfast was lovely and so were the drinks. Staff cleaned our room twice a day and left it so comfortable for us to come back to in the evening. Highly recommend for a lovely place to stay on Koh Samui

wouldnt say this place is wonderful, its a 7/10 at most, the restaurant and entry is ok, terrible location but that might just be the way koh samui is.. I would go somewhere else or more low key, along the beach especially if its your first time in koh samui

Ive stayed for a few days and stuff members from the hotel manager to restaurant employees are extremely nice and pay attention to small details. With a constant interest in your experience both at the hotel and outside of the property made a huge different. BTW, amazing restaurant acctoss the street

It is a nice property with friendly staff. I liked the location very much. The only issue I had was the bathroom smelled like sewer so if the window was closed during the day the room smelled awful

I really can’t believe some of the negative reviews I was aware of the check in time of 3pm before I arrived I was greeted by a friendly man who had me brought a iced tea while we did the check in formalities and he had a room ready for me a hour earlier than the stated time I had the economy room and I was completely happy with it and can’t believe the person who said it was one step above dormitory accommodation it was implacably clean

I fail to understand the ratings this Hotel has received other than I believe some are fake.This hotel is one step up from a Hostel. One review said they loved the amenities…there are NONE. There is no lift so we had 3 flight of stairs to negotiate in an an area of no air conditioning. There is an on the street open air restaurant that is where breakfast is served. Breakfast is a choice of 4 set meals with any deviation being almost impossible. The young woman serving breakfast acted like she hated her job and being there. There is no air conditioning except in the rooms fortunately ours worked ok. Our room consisted of the bed and bathroom with one tiny window about 18x36”located on the side of a seating area. The view pictures shown in Expedia are very deceptive more like fraudulent. The room and bathroom was very sparsely and dimly lit.I am older and negotiating the un-air conditioned stairs was a once or twice a day activity for me…maybe that was an amenity. Being close to the street the noise at times was annoying at other times ok. There was a small flat screen TV on the wall and if you had a streaming subscription such as Prime or Netflix you had something to watch otherwise zero. As you can imagine I would never stay here again. The Pros: Most of the staff was helpful some were friendly. The room A/C worked well. The Cons: Everything else.

Clean room. Owner decorated the room, not staff. The staff was helpful and amazing. Laundry was by weight, which is better than by item. Above and beyond. Could use an elevator.

Very central location for access to restaurants/bars/clubs. The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. There are stairs to walk up, but it is a wide staircase so handling luggage was no problem. The set breakfast in the morning was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice location, laundry service, and this hotel has a premium quality restaurant downstairs. Staff here are incredible, polite, hospitable and very accommodating for guests. We would recommend this place to everyone for short visits.
