Karma is an excellent choice, its as beautiful as in pictures. Walkable, beautiful beach, great restaurant and the staff was wonderful. Beware of the steps the two steps from bed. Upstairs rooms also have steep stair for anyone with mobility issues I would love to be back

Karma is extremely picturesque, the design and detail throughout the resort is outstanding. Staff are willing to help, and very attentive. Rooms are beautiful - we recommend booking one with a private plunge pool as this was the perfect place to cool off. Spa services were quite expensive, but there is a cheaper option for massages just in front of the pool. Pool itself was perfect, with comfy options for lounging and a great ambience set by the resorts constant music. Restaurant and breakfast was satisfactory, nothing crazy - but good. But the view and vibes from the restaurant was very relaxing. Overall, you definitely get what you pay for here.

Deluxe room with terrace was selected The terrace was completely useless as there was water from the rain everywhere When we informed the reception, they told us that it needed maintenance, and they asked us to change the room and asked us to pay more or to pay less, knowing that the problem was theirs. Also, the consultation takes five minutes and it stops working Breakfast was not good at all After paying for the massage, I asked for an additional amount because the person who did the massage changed to another type without informing me that there was a difference in the price, knowing that she does not speak English. Also, when asking the receptionist about the nearby places, she mentioned that there is nothing nearby, knowing that when requesting a taxi, he told us that we can walk to the fishermen’s village through the beach. Personally, I liked the decor taken from Indonesian culture But it needs a lot to make the stay comfortable

The hotel is beautiful and in a good location. We liked the breakfast options available. However, the room amenities are lacking. There are no drawers or shelves in the wardrobe. No hooks or make-up mirror in the bathroom. We would recommend pre-booking a sunbed.

I brought my family to Karma Resort for two weeks and we had the best time! The staff make you feel like you've stepped into a vacation with extended family. Everyone was gracious, accommodating as well as funny and relaxed. We enjoyed getting to know the staff among the beautiful setting. Incredible place right on the ocean, with a pool, spa, outdoor massages and great food. The resort is small in a great way. The bungalows are spacious and very zen as is the entire resort. We walked to the Fisherman's Market several times where you can find any kind of food and shopping. The beach walk is gorgeous. I highly, highly recommend this resort for you and your family!

The resort location was nice as the neighborhood was walkable and had a lot of great restaurants nearby. We also really enjoyed the pool and restaurant at Karma. The room itself, however, left a lot to be desired. It looks beautiful in the photos with the outdoor shower and rustic vibe, but in reality, the bathroom was quite gross. The only "window" in the bathroom was the door to the outdoor shower, which we had to keep closed out of concern for mosquitoes. Even then, the glass door for the outdoor shower did not have a gasket, so we had to keep the main bathroom door to the bedroom closed at all times to ensure that we did not get bugs in the bedroom. Because of this, the bathroom stayed very smelly and wet the entire time. Also, the indoor shower does not have any enclosures and the drain was very slow, so the entire bathroom floor stayed wet the entire time, including the area around the toilet and sink. It sounds like a small thing, but getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and having wet/dirty feet every time felt really unsanitary. We were here for our honeymoon and had hoped for something more luxurious than this.
