Our villa is a spacious 3 bedroom town-home. Large living spaces and kitchen dining facilities with BBQ area. Relax areas with sun-beds, 20 meter communal swimming pool with private gardens. You just can t fail to enjoy these magnificent surroundings.

The living room comes fully furnished including a 50 inch FSTV showing international channels, sports and movies. We have your language. There is a lovely full sofa set here suitable for 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining area can cater comfortably for six with is dining table and chairs.

2 bedroom suites on upper bedroom level - Two separate bedrooms with kingsized beds, with own facilities, rain showers, WC and wash basins (one with bath).
1 bedroom on the lower floor, equally large with on-suite bathroom with rain shower.

Your private balcony overlooks the private garden and swimming pool. There is a wonderful sofa seating area for reading & relaxation. There are many shaded areas to enjoy the tropical surroundings. The communal garden is planted with mature trees and plants. There is a BBQ for parties with quiet corner dining table and chairs.

Extra cleaning is available on request at 700 Thai Baht per time + cost of laundry.

We do charge for electricity which is metered and at government rate, and take an electric bond on arrival. Please close doors and windows when using the air conditioning and turn off lights when appropriate to do so.
