Nice budget hotel

Nice budget hotel. Rooms cleaned daily. Very helpful staff. Good value. Bit noisy air on. Need a motorcycle to get to shops, beach, markets etc.

Staying at this hotel at the moment, its a great hotel and really is fantastic value for the price you are paying. You will need to rent a motorbike to get about but that is standard in Samui. Nice clean room, quite bright and has small pool too. You can get food downstairs or eat out and its cheap. The maids clean everyday and keep everything tidy and do a great job. Owner Chris is very friendly and always willing to help, overall a great hotel!

Das Hotel ist für ein Zwischenstopp geeignet. Für den Preis kann man keine hohen Erwartungen haben. Aber das Schloß der Zimmertür sollte richtig funktionieren. Beim aus checken sagte die Chefin daß das Schloß ausgetauscht würde. Die Zimmer zur Schrassenseite sind zu laut. Besser die Zimmer zur Rückseite nehmen.

Отдыхали вдвоём с дочкой. Очень заботливый хозяин отеля. Для нас выбор этого отеля был ошибкой, потому что мы не водим транспортные средства, а отель расположен так, что каждый день приходилось очень много ходить пешком и пользоваться местными сантехника, что очень дорого. Но это был мой неправильный выбор, основанный на предыдущих отзывах. Там не уточняли про отдаленность.

Замечательный отель!

Замечательный отель, хозяин всегда готов помочь советом, подвезти, если нужно, объяснить, куда идти. В общем, классный бельгиец. Персонал доброжелательный,весь отель чистый, бассейн всегда в идеальном состоянии. Никакой живности, что очень порадовало. Впервые таки аккуратный номер, а мы сменили уже 8 отелей за поездку. Расположен недалеко от биг си и рыбацкой деревни, то есть есть, что посмотреть. В общем, советуем. Если приедете туда, не пожалеете!

I really don't recommend this hotel

We booked the room to be close to a hospital. Unfortunately the road was dangerous with no sidewalks. The breakfast too expensive. Nowhere nearby to eat breakfast. Inconvenient for us. The hotel personnel's English was poor. She almost didn't understand that we had booked room there and I had a hard time to understand what my room number was. When leaving to the clinic in the morning, the receptionist wanted us to pay in cash even though we already had paid Hotels.com when booking the room. I explained that we already had paid, and we still had our luggage in the room. It made me insecure about the payment administration of Hotels.com and the hotel, and when I checked with my bank it was paid as expected. When checking out, the 2nd receptionist had been told by the 1st that we should pay. When showing the receipt from Hotels.com and acting with confidence the 2nd receptionist still insisted and called the 1st for help. After some persuasion from my side and writing down the Hotels.com booking number I left. It was just a minute short of me calling the police for help. This is from a guest perspective NOT acceptable. I will never visit this hotel again and recommend others to make another choice among the budget hotels. I have visited several hotels on Koh Samui with lower room charge but with much higher standard. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. When I opened the fridge, water ran out on the floor.
