Best experience we could have asked for
Pros:Amazing service, personal touches, beautiful location, extremely clean rooms and facilities.
Cons:Nothing could be improved.
Location:The hotel was located on the South of the island which was the perfect area to enjoy the serenity while still being close to the popular/busy areas.
Our stay at Nikki Beach Koh Samui was the best experience we could have asked for. Having spent a lot of our time exploring the rest of the island, as well as some of the other beautiful hotels, we definitely agreed that Nikki Beach was the best by far. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, greeted us using our names, and would go out of their way to ensure we were enjoying our time at the hotel and on the island. The facilities were beautiful, well kept, and extremely clean, and we particularly liked the treats and letters that were left for us each night. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back when we visit Koh Samui again.

Simply walk outside to feel the sun on your face at the sand beach. Spend the day at the beach and work on your tan in the sun loungers (chaise longues) or kick back in the shade with complimentary cabanas and umbrellas. At Nikki Beach Resort & Spa you can cool off in one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools and indulge in a pampering afternoon at the full-service spa. Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at one of the bars, which include a beach bar, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge. A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. This luxury resort also offers a children's pool, a steam room, and a fitness center. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 5-star Koh Samui resort.
