Nice location, friendly staff. On the beach and just far enough from the main party area of town. Didn't like the work that happened outside the window with no notice.

This a perfect spot for families and those who enjoy a quiet holiday in a stunning location. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. The rooms although on the small side were well appointed and clean.

Good hotel to stay.

Good experience but room too small for the money. Dint have a good choice for vegetarian much. Not a good channel TV worldwide much. Staff good.

Staying at the Ozo was just amazing. First impression - the whole facility was so clean. Our room was perfect, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Get the breakfast buffet - the food was delicious. Staff in general went above and beyond, we were there for a group function and Marc was incredibly friendly and would help with anything. Having the beautiful Chaweng beach just down a few steps was awesome as well. One day it rained so the reception staff arranged a driver to take us sight seeing, we had someone there within 20minutes! We cant wait to come back to Koh Samui and will absolutely be staying at the Ozo again.

Staff are very helpful and Friendly. Hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooom I had overlooked the pool and beach. The only downside is their is not much storage space in the room for your bags, however the hotel does offer to store them for you. There are plenty of chairs and cabanas around the pool and on the beach for guests to use.

Nice close to the beach

Pros: Nice and clean and close to the beach. Good for the price.

Cons: Larger rooms or better facilities.

It was a great place to stay however the rooms were a bit small.

beautiful hotel right on beach

Pros: clean, friendly, easy to get around hotel facilities

Cons: breakfast.

Location: central location in main street. central for beach activities. hire car/bike facilities on site. 5 min from small shopping centre. opposite a 7/11

Beautiful staff, clean hotel, couldn't have chosen better. we hired a car which was much cheaper than tours.

The best place to stay in Chaweng

You just cannot fault this resort. Only 2 years old everything looks like new. Best piece of beach in front of resort, short walk to Chaweng Central Plaza yet far away from the noisy nightclubs. Only fault you could find is the small size of the rooms, but you are only there to sleep, and they contain everything you need. Beds are marvellous
