Mixed experIence

We were collected from the pier on arrival and transported to the hotel. Check in was quick and seemless. The rooms are huge. After staying in 5 star hotels this is definitely only a 3 star room. The airconditioning struggled each night to cool the room which meant we were hot in bed each night. Our favourite part was the pool and pool bar. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and having drinks at moderate prices 90-170baht. They also do happy hour between 5-7pm daily. The buffet breakfast has what you need for breakfast but is average quality and options available. It was located only 500m from the pier and 1.5km from sairee beach. For the price... this hotel is well located, comfortable and we would stay again.

Nice staff, aging hotel, horrible food

Hotel staff are lovely and very helpful when needed (thank you). Food was terrible (breakfast). We tried it once and understood why noone ate there. I asked one of the chefs for scrambled egg whites as im allergic to egg yolk and the task seemed all too hard for her. She was unpleasant to deal with. She also didnt take any care and left egg yolk through the whole thing so i couldnt even eat it. I got really sick for two days and all i could eat was toast. My friend got some toast from the restaurant which was STALE bread that they toasted for a minute! Each time. It was disgusting. She had to go down the road just to get me toast. Hotel pool is beautiful but some of the broken tiles and bar stools need replacing.
