We stayed at this property for our honeymoon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, the unit was not properly cleaned. There were visible stains on the bedding, dust on exposed wires, missing bath amenities, and the comforters were very old and visibly dirty. Because of this, we did not use the comforters for the entire stay. When we reported the issue, we were only given clean sheets and told to change them ourselves. No housekeeping ever came to clean the unit. We contacted the property multiple times requesting that the room be properly cleaned the next day, but no one came at any point during the stay. Room service was not offered as an alternative, and the Wi-Fi was not working properly, which added to the inconvenience. After the stay, management acknowledged that the situation was below their standards and made an offer to address it. However, the proposed resolution was not suitable and did not reflect the level of disruption and stress this caused during our trip, especially given that the issues remained unresolved for the entire stay. Given the lack of cleanliness, lack of on-site support, and unresolved follow-up, I would not recommend this property, particularly for special occasions such as a honeymoon.

While the mattress was very comfortable, the living room furniture has seen better days. We had a first floor unit and the drains didn’t drain very well resulting in a less pleasant shower experience. All that said the location is indeed paradise.

The room itself was fine (though the floors did not feel clean), and the resort nice with its own beachfront and grassy area to lounge in. However, our room was located on the ground floor right next to the main road through town and it was incredibly noisy. Road noise, noise from the bar across the street, noise from the neighbors. No soundproofing at all between units, we could hear everything from the family above us. Windows had to stay open to ventilate and cool the unit, so we were really stuck. The only other rooms available were oceanfront and moving there would have required us to pay a large upcharge. Would not stay there again due to the noise.

Very dated inside the room. Space is tight. Although ocean view, room sits a little lower compared to the very large grassy area; so view is very limited. Room did not feel clean… sand everywhere including bed and sofa.

Our favorite place to stay. The room had some fun stuff for kids as well (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel stuff, i realize these rooms are all different but would be great if they just took a pic of the "extras" closet so we knew we didnt need to pack our snorkel stuff.

We woke up to the first morning to find cockroaches in the room. We have stayed here many times in the past and never had this problem before. The room was somewhat run down. The staff apologized and sent over pest control. We unfortunately ran into the cockroaches 2 more times before we left. No offer of another room. When I pressed them for some type of compensation, they made an offer, which I refused. I pointed out that they charged a cleaning fee when we checked in, but obviously the room was not clean when we got it or their would not have been cockroaches in the room. This didn't make for a pleasant stay.

Room was clean and well stocked with kitchen stuff, beach chairs boogie boards. Very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping. Grocery store just a couple miles away. Athletic club across the street had a beautiful pool, bar/restaurant, pickle ball and tennis courts and workout room. We will be back!

The best location on the coast. Friendly staff. A botanical garden right on the property! Plenty of working grills make it easy to cook lunch or dinner. Just 200 meters from the hotel is a beach with a large population of turtles; it's so cute to watch them. We highly recommend it!
