This was not a great hotel. Although they advertise A/C, it is only in a few of their rooms so don’t be fooled into thinking your room will have it. Also, the picture of the pool they show isn’t even on the hotel property. It is down the road across a busy street - you have to drive there. Not convenient at all. Also, the beds are uncomfortable and the carpet and walls and ceilings are stained and dirty. The on-site cafe is not open for dinner and the machine that makes warm drinks was broken. No cappuccinos and no hot chocolate in the cold mornings for the kids. The nearby restaurants are all mediocre. Stay somewhere else.

Our first unit had a leaking toilet, so we had to move to a different condo without a full view. This unit was having the bathroom faucet replaced. After that, the bathroom faucet continued to leak, under the sink, into the bathroom and out into the hallway. Also the main burner on the stove wasn't working. This new unit was incredibly noisy and they were pressure washing the building and painting and talking very loudly early in the morning. There were 12 people in our group, renting six condo's and many of them had issues with their unit.

The room was great for a long stay. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear. The room was spacious and the lanai was large. Parking was easy. The landscaping on the grounds was fantastic. There were two large gardens, one tropical and the other had succulents. The beach area was good. The only downside was that our building was close to Poipu Road so there was some road noise. I used a green noise YouTube video at night and with that, I had no problem sleeping. I highly recommend this resort.

Was okay. The pool is through a local athletic club a quarter mile away and closed daily at 7 pm. Not what we expected from the photos. Overpriced for the amenities offered. Older unit. We did enjoy the nearby beach. Will look for other options next time.

1. No AC, and pretty hot at day on 2nd floor, more less okay when open windows and door but 2. mosquitoes 20-30 bites per night thats caused allergy to my kid. No sleep first night at all until we bought mosquitoes trap. 3. Microwave was broken 4. Ocean view is good. 5. Plenny parking lots
