This villa is located on the 2nd level with 9' ceilings and lots of natural light. Complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a private entry lanai. The unit also includes a separate 231 sq ft deeded garage and another assigned parking stall. The Pili Mai recreation area includes a large swimming pool, children's pool, spa and a central air conditioned fitness center. Outdoor BBQ grills and dining tables are also available around the property to enjoy.
