The 10 m² balcony, equipped with a dining table and outdoor furniture, provides beautiful lake views from both the living area and balcony.



The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and toilet. Wi-Fi and free landline calls within Germany are included. The apartment is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children. The location is very quiet on a residential street. The lakeside meadows with beach and promenade are just 300 meters away. Many supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.
