This is our second time here. We were disappointed at first because there is no longer a swimming pool (the separate neighboring building with the pool was being leased before). But the Sea is only a short 10-minute walk, which is much better anyway. Staff is always friendly and helpful though their Russian is better than their English. They do not accept credit cards. Check-in is early which is a big plus and the cost is cheaper than others around. It is an apart-hotel which means there is a kitchenette and a washing machine. Overall, I recommend and will stay there again.
