We loved everything about the resort, but the food was a little disappointing. The pool could be quite crowded, but that is to be expected for such a large resort & only 1 pool.

Loved our stay at the Outrigger. The staff were wonderful and wellcoming, the food was amazing and the pool was lovely. The kids loved the waterslide and inflatable. Kula Wildlife Adventure Park was only a short walk away and there was plenty of restaurants to choose from. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of food to cater for everyone. Will definitely be coming back.

The staffs were amazing and approachable. My concern was upon arriving, one of our room has that smell and also even after purchasing their half meal plan, some charges keep appearing in our account. But easily resolved once contacted the front desk. Overall, it is a nice facility to spend time for a holiday.

Room was spotless the resort very beautiful, lots of activities to do and the staff was amazing. Downsides : food portions are very small and quality is average for the price, cocktails have nearly no alcohol in it, resort is very far from the port so lots of activities require at least 2h travelling between resort and port (specially to go to islands).

The garbage in our room was never dumped. The staff screamed Bula at you at every opportunity. Then we're seen kicking animals. I will never ever stay there again. The Shangrila looks good and the Sheraton is close to all amenities. Going anywhere from the outrigger cost 250 dollars. Even the local market which was really dirty cost 50 dollars to get there.

Great place to stay. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of activities. The snorkeling on the beach was awesome during high tide. The fire walking was really cool.

A huge thank you to the Outrigger Resort and their warm friendly staff for looking after us and creating the perfect relaxing holiday. A special mention and 🙏 to our lovely talai butler 🌟 the gorgeous Queen B at the adults only pool, Michal (Boss man) at the central bar for the laughter and farewell song 🥲 and vivacious Vivi from the Sundowner, it was such a pleasure to meet you all. We loved every minute of our Fijian escape from the premium ocean view room to the beautiful gardens, choice of pools and restaurants (with top marks to the Ivy 🌟, the Beachcomber island day trip and last but not least, the incredible spa at the top of the hill with a to die for view! We hope to return one day soon. ♥️ The Knights
