This property was excellent. The location, amenities and rooms were superb. The manager Sagar was extremely helpful, curtious and welcoming. Our waiter Alem gave great service, conversation and lots of tips on the surrounding area.

This beautiful, renovated property feels luxurious yet comfortable. The views are spectacular from the pool and rooftop terrace. We were welcomed by Djuro who made us feel well taken care of and treated us like friends. We enjoyed chatting with Mohamed who told us about the area and provided excellent service. If you would like to stay in the picturesque town of Perast (Kotor is just a 20 min drive away), this small hotel is highly recommended. It is a place to truly relax and enjoy beautiful Montenegro.

This is a beautiful luxury boutique hotel in Perast. They served breakfast on the rooftop terrace where the views are incredible - up there you will see the Our Lady of Rocks and St George islets, as well as the St Nikola bell tower . It’s a short walk down to Old Town Perast ; where you can climb up bell tower and walk along the promenade or have meals on the various restaurants by the water. This is an amazing place. They’re newly managed so they’re still sorting out little issues.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. It was especially enjoyable to watch the view while having breakfast on the terrace. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, which made me feel very comfortable. The restaurant has an amazing view and the breakfast was excellent. I also loved that the rooms provided Rituals brand shampoo and toiletries. it was a very nice and high-quality touch. Thank you for everything, I would definitely love to come back again.

A hidden gem, Santa Boka is a treat and a place where beautiful memories are made. The staff are outstanding and excellent at what they do. Their genuine kindness shines through in everything they do as they go above and beyond, making each moment feel filled with ease and calm. The pictures do not capture the true beauty of the property or the view. Staying here is a gift, and I hope your path will bring you here. My friend and I look forward to returning with friends, family, and husbands.

What a lovely hotel. Only 11 rooms, a beautiful terrace looking out to the lake and lovely and helpful staff. They helped arrange car transfers from the airport to the hotel so everything was effortless. The room was clean and tidy, and for a sofa bed it was so comfortable. Loved the shower and it was lovely to be close to the lake and relax. I think the only thing I would say is some attention to details were missed. Our shower gel had run out but I would expect that to be checked when rooms are cleaned. Definitely would go back and stay in this perfect location

Das Hotel besticht mit seiner einzigartigen Lage über den Dächern von Perast und Blick auf die Bucht von Kotor. Besonders genießen kann man dieses Ambiente von der Frühstücksterrasse. Außerordentlich bemüht zeigt sich zudem das gesamte Personal, ob Manager, Rezeption, im Service oder der Reinigung, jeder Einzelne ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Vielen Dank an alle für die schöne Zeit, besonders an Djuro und Mohamed!!!
