The living area of the Villa, which is located on the ground floor, features a large sofa and the room is filled with natural daylight from the French doors which lead out onto the terrace. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area and boasts a large wooden table with seating for eight people. The kitchen, constructed from Italian wood and granite and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances from a dishwasher to a double door American fridge freezer, is situated just off the dining area. 



The three bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and offer breathtaking views. The master bedroom boasts a large double bed with side cabinets, a vanity table, a walk-in wardrobe and a private en-suite marble bathroom. In addition, the master bedroom enjoys beautiful pool views from the two French doors leading onto the terrace. 



The second bedroom comprises of two single beds, bedside cabinets, sufficient closet space and a shared marble bathroom with a bath/shower combination, a single vanity unit and a toilet. 



The third bedroom features a double bed, lots of wardrobe space and also has access to a shared bathroom.  



Outside, the property is completed by beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounding a large 5m x 10m private swimming pool with Roman steps. Additionally, there is a separate barbeque area with outdoor dining furniture, a relaxation area with sun loungers and private parking - making this property the perfect home away from home!
