Enjoy your own terrace with direct access to green space—ideal for relaxing with your dog. The 65 m² apartment offers two separate bedrooms with a total of five single beds, a living kitchen, and a bathroom. Hiking trails, the Inn Cycle Path, and Kraiburg Forest Lake are nearby. Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, and dryer are provided. Non-smoking apartment, no parties. Dogs are welcome. Please keep outdoor areas clean and promptly remove dog waste.

Enjoy the proximity to nature in our bright, spacious holiday flats in a secluded location on the edge of the forest, just 70 km from Munich. Situated directly on the Inn cycle path, this location is ideal for cyclists, hikers and nature lovers. You can relax on the balcony with a view of Guttenburg Castle and in the garden with fruit trees. The modern holiday flats offer approx. 70 m², fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, WLAN, washing machine and 2-4 beds. Check-in is uncomplicated via a key box, parking spaces are available.

Our house has four separate flats - ideal for couples, families or small groups of friends who want to travel together but still value their own privacy. This is the perfect way to combine time together and retreat.

The private, traffic-free grounds are surrounded by meadows, forests and animals such as deer, chickens and birds. Hiking trails and the Inn cycle path start right on the doorstep. An ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle, recharge your batteries and enjoy the tranquillity of nature. A special retreat for all those who want to experience nature to the full.
