Family Break

Stayed here for 4 nights with my two teenagers. We arrived late but we were given clear instructions on how to gain entry to our room. Hotel is in an excellent area, so close to the main square. Staff were very friendly, and even organised our private transfer and our trip to auschwitz. Would highly recommend.

This property is locating in the heart of "Stare Misto". Even though the building is very old, it has an elevator. But be prepare that you going to have a problem with internet connection: wi-fi with no internet and it is like different planet and no phone. Even to order car/ taxi, you need to go outside of the building. Everything else is very good: new, clean... Thank you

Clean, spacious studio flat, right by the main square just few steps away. Very handy a 24 hr shop more or less next door to pick up essentials like milk, snacks drinks etc. Check in easy and quick. Room quiet too.

Initially thought this place was ideal for 40th birthday weekend away with husband but it turned into a sleepless nightmare. On Fridays and Saturdays this property backs onto a VERY LOUD nightclub three storey down that pumps music through the building from 9pm to 3am. Earplugs, noise cancelling headphones, nothing helped! Woke up on my birthday absolutely exhausted. In addition other guests kept yelling to each other across the corridor in adjacent rooms in the evening too, and whoever was in the apartment above us kept screeching furniture across the floor for over an hour it was bizarre. Didn't notice so much on the Friday night as we had been out since 5am on a tour. The Thursday night was lovely and peaceful. In addition the fridge did not work in our room so we had to use the one in the corridor and we were told this would be fixed during our stay and it wasn't. The room itself was very clean and well appointed, but really I cannot say this was a good stay because of the extreme lack of sleep! I cannot stress enough how loud this was and due to it being fast bass music really hard to slow your heart rate down to drop off to. If you have come here to go out clubbing, by all means book it, but if you've come here to see Poland and sleep at night avoid at all costs. Also air con didn't work, it was very hot the entire time no matter what we set it to. Staff friendly enough when around but they aren't there overnight and you cannot exactly ask a nightclub to turn it down!

Wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend.

Both ladies at reception that I met, were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely, spacious modern and clean. It had wonderful amenities, and it was in a great location. The only thing is, the pillows were a bit on the soft side - I know it's a personal preferences, but maybe having a few soft and a few firmer ones would be great. Apart from that, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room in a lovely area, a 30 second walk to main square. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Elevator in the building and a lovely reception area with friendly staff. The bed was really comfy and the shower was always hot and powerful. We would definitely stay again.
