Booked double bed room but was given two single bed and two single duvets Mattress was in bad worn conditions. Asked reception to check and she just said nothing wrong with the mattress.They shouldn’t advertise they have double bed as the reception said all their beds are single.Overall bad service and unfriendly.

Safe, convenient and great location!!

It was very easy to communicate with them before the trip, even. They coordinated the limousine to pick us up at the airport. That was very nice after the long trip. All the staff are very friendly and nice. The location of this hotel was perfect! It’s close to everywhere. And the breakfast was wonderful!

Lovely hotel

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a large selection. Excellent location. About 15 minute walk to the old town square and 5 minute walk into the Jewish quarter (Kazimierz district) with lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

Great hotel, right in the middle of Kazimierz. Our room 306 was huge and well equipped. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.
