The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Our room (deluxe) was spacious and stylish. The cleaning was thorough and the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great and it included warm food (omelettes etc) also. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect with the market Square right around the corner. Warm recommendation!

Great boutique hotel. Wonderful location steps away from the main square. We were fortunate enough to see a little parade and the Tauron Marathon passing right in front of our hotel front entrance during our week there. Very helpful staffs and breakfast buffet had very good quality food. My only complaint was in our one bedroom suite, the bedroom overhead light was connected to the living room (where sofa bed was). So either it was all off or all on. Other than that, would stay again.

The attention to detail was brilliant, it was my partners birthday and they provided cake, balloons and a letter from the staff for a small fee. We were always greeted by staff at the reception and the room/hotel was spotless and incredibly attentive. Would stay here again and have recommended to all friends and family who are looking at visiting Krakow.
