Clean, perfect and only a few steps from the old town center. Rooms are smaller, but everything is very clean and well maintained. VERY convenient to shopping at the Galleria Krakoska. If you want to know what it’s like to live in the Stare Miesto - Old Town Center- and enjoy evening walks - this is the place.

I scoured reviews for the best bang for my buck, AND as a solo traveler, having 24/7 front desk staff on site was important to me. Hotel Wielopole checks ALL the boxes and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The premise is quaint; my room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and sufficient; the staff was friendly and helpful (check out their white board by the elevator with daily comments, the weather, reminders, and restaurant suggestions) and the location is in excellent walking proximity to the train station, main square, castle, and Jewish Quarter. I fell in love with Krakow and am grateful for my pleasant stay at this property! A few tips: -If you’re booking tours with transportation, the Wielopole 2 Kiss and Ride stop is right out the front door. -Indian Flame restaurant down the street is delish. -Save space in your luggage and don’t pack a hair dryer; the one provided in the bathroom is sufficient. -Green Nero Coffee next door is lovely.

This hotel is in a perfect location just 4-5 minutes stroll to the main square in krakow, close enough so everything is on your door step and far enough away so your not on top of all the pubs. The staff were very polite helpful and courteous, I found the hotel to be very clean and excellent value for money. We came over for my brothers 50th birthday and had a great time if I come to krakow again I will book this hotel again.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location, Old Town across the street. Sightseeing, shopping &dining within walking distance. Tram stops few steps. 2 tram stops and you reach Krakow Main Station. Clean, tidy rooms, adequately spacious ,particularly Double room with balcony & views. Lift access. Complimentary coffee, water & sweets in foyer all day. Rooms with good amenities, WiFi, coffee/tea making, fridge etc. Lovely hospitable and professional staff and service. * Thank you...dziekuje Victoria and all staff, sorry cannot remember all names. My first impression was awful. The room a bit fusty and old school. The bed was large and the mattress comfortable, but there was only a duvet the size of a large tea towel. And a crazy assortment of oddball pillows. But I made do, covering myself at night with a couple of shawl-like things that were in the room. However, with time, the hotel became a jewel, mainly because of the absolutely first-rate staff. They are all kind, helpful, pleasant, generous and altogether wonderful. I wound up loving the hotel. I would recomment strongly it to anyone -- despite the oddball bedding. In short, we had a wonderful stay there. P.S. The location is excellent.
