Centralt og fornuftigt hotel til prisen.

Trygge og fornuftige små lejligheder med fantastisk central placering for meget få penge. I løbet af en uge opholdt vi os dog kun i vores lejligheder for at sove, for de var lidt mørke og der mangler sted at spise lidt sammen og hygge os sammen, hvis man er flere end 2. Overordnet var vi dog godt tilfredse med lejlighederne. Vi var opmærksomme på, at man skal hente nøglen et stykke væk fra lejligheden, så det var intet problem.

Mitt i "smeten"

Lägenheten var helt OK. Bra köksutrustning, bra badrum. TV utbudet var dåligt. Bara en kanal med engelska i bland. Läget toppen. Mitt i Old Town med närhet till restauranger och stora torget. Tyvärr stod det fel adress på nätet där vi skulle hämta nycklarna. Efter mycket sökande fick vi hjälp av en turistbyrå med den rätta adressen: Rynek Gtovny 34. (Med reservation för stavning)

situation exeptionnelle

dans la vielle ville en zone piétonnière ! attention, il faut apporter et décharger ses bagages à la main, on ne peut accéder à l'appartement en voiture ni même en taxi, mais après il suffit de passer la porte pour commencer la visite

Det mangler skilt så man finner det ikke.

I informasjon og bestillingsbekreftelsen står det ikke noe om at man må hente nøkkel på ett bortgjemt kontor på andre sia av byen omtrent. Ca 10 min og gå. Vi brukte 4 timer fra vi kom til vi installert på rommet. Med 2 unger på slep fram og tilbake var detta skuffende!

Hotellet ligger precis mitt i gamla stan utmärkt.

Lite spännande nerifrån men när man kommer till rummet där ser man att man kan känna sig trygg.... Detta är faktiskt lägenhet som jag jag vill gärna bo där igen med min familj.

what you see is NOT what you get

Min kone og jeg skulle på ferie for første gang i ni måneder UDEN vores fire børn. En kort, men romantisk, påske i Krakow, som jeg kender rigtig godt, blandt andet fordi jeg som journalist har arbejdet der. Jeg vælger så at betale mere end 3000 kr up front (usædvanligt at man gør det). Det eneste jeg støtter min tillid på er et billede på jeres hjemmeside og den beskrivelse I formidler. Da vi ankommer omkring kl. 20 kan vi ikke orientere os mht nøgle og indlogering. Det ender med at vi banker en italiensk familie op som giver os et telefonnummer vi kan forsøge på. Overalt på gaden, i korridoren, i gården flyder det med affald og byggematerialer. En del af bygningen er pakket ind i stillads. NU kender jeg så byen og polakkerne generelt, så det slår mig ikke ud - endnu. Efter 20 min. ventetid får vi endelig kontakt til en ung mand i telefonen, der lover at dukke op. Han er flink og hjælpsom, men det han giver os nøglen til er IKKE hvad jeg bestilte på nettet. Det er en mørk, lille studio hvor man ikke har lyst til at sætte sig og arbejde, læse, skrive som oprindelig var intentionen med ferien. Næste morgen kl. 5:00 vækkes vi af folk der skal læsse varer af i samme opgang som vi bor. Det larmer ubeskriveligt. Kl. 7:00 møder håndværkerne op og begynder at hamre og bore. Vores ferie er begyndt. Jeg har kørt 1500km for at slippe for håndværkere og larm, fordi vi selv er i gang med at restaurere vores hus. Min kone tager over og snakker venligt med Hotel.com i telefonen som lover at se på sagen. Ringer tilbage hen ad formiddagen og beklager at hun ikke kan gøre noget, men ApartHotel lover at hjælpe os, men først dagen efter. Så de to første dage ud af fem går altså med at bruge kræfter på at komme væk fra en byggeplads, medarbejderne på aparthotel, de to vi mødte, er venlige og servicemindede og meget kede af det. Som jeg forstår det, er det ejeren af bygningen der uden forklaring er påbegyndt restaurering af hele ejendommen hvor de her studio lejligheder befinder sig. Men se, det er jo ikke mit problem at være forstående på min forholdsvis dyrekøbte ferie, vel? PÅ tredie dagen flytter vi ved 12-tiden, over i en større og lysere lejlighed. Vi takker og gør opmærksom på at vi nok forkorter opholdet med en dag, eftersom vi nu er temmelig desillusionerede. Om vi havde en god, romantisk ferie alligevel? Ja, det havde vi - men ikke på grund af valg af Hotels.com
