The property looks like the photos. Getting in is a little confusing but follow the directions step by step. The lift/elevator is a huge convenience. We also liked the washer (some pods provided) and were able to use Google translate to select the right cycle. We also like the nespresso machine although other coffee and tea is also avaliable. Salt, pepper, and sugar is provided but no oil or vinegar. The bed is comfy but the pillows are thin. There is wonderful light into the room and the room will stay cooler if the drapes are pulled. The two fans also help. The shower has an actual glass door which keeps the bathroom dry. I was glad that I brought my own shampoo; the hair dryer works well. Anna and her brother, Milosz are good commicators. The real star is the location--one block away from the main square and St. Mary's. In fact, we could hear the hourly trumpet and we found the clip clopping of the horse carriage was charming (it dtops at 10 pm).

We are so glad we got to stay here. The location is perfect and we felt right at home. Very cozy. Checking in was easy and the owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Great location to visit Krakow

The description for the room was spot on. Had everything you needed to be comfortable while traveling. The location could not be beat!! It was convenient to everything!! We felt so fortunate to be able to stay here. Book it and you will not be disappointed. The host was great as well from beginning to end!

Superb Way to Experience Krakow

We liked the superb location, cleanliness, extra towels, well equipped kitchen, and cherry armoire. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and AC woreked great. Only cavil was the search to find where to dump the garbage.

If you are heading to Poland, this is a great place to stay. Reasons - Anna is great at communicating everything you need to know about the apartment. Location- conveniently located near the square and many of the fun things to do in Krakow Apartment - clean, comfortable and easy to access - keys are left at front desk when you arrive which takes the stress out of "how will I get into the apartment". The picture gives you the exac look of what you will be getting. I would book here again.

Comfortable, chic, and steps from everything

Great place to stay in Kraków to be close to everything. For being so close to the main square it was much quieter than expected (you can also close the windows and use AC, but we didn't even need to). Comfortable bed for us and 2 more for our kids. A warm welcome with personal introduction and the best piernik (traditional polish honey cake) made with honey from owners' personal beehives. Unbelievable! Will stay there again.

Wonderful Apartment in the Old Town

Beautifully decorated apartment with old world charm and modern amenities ( full kitchen, washer, air conditioning). Hosts were very accommodating and even helped me retrieve my passport when I dropped it in a taxi. 😳. Exceptionally clean with many little extras like freshly baked cake, coffee, tea etc. Very convenient, short walk to the Rynek and Mały Rynek. An overall very pleasant stay! I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again sometime.
