Can’t really comment didn’t make it as flight diverted to Czech Republic so could come only reason gave two stars as I got in touch with hotel to see if a partial refund or even a voucher to stay at a later date but was declined by hotel which I think is a bit unfair

Had a few issues; aircon blowing out cold air and unwanted bugs in the rooms, but dealt with efficiently. The breakfast offer was great but the plum cake was dry . Bed very comfortable. The room only had 2 sachets of creamer which is not enough ! Our original room had a shower area which looked as if it was an accessibility area. I was not prepared for this and it put me off; we were moved to room with a bath which is what I requested when I called the hotel before we arrived
