They overcharge for what they Ofer. Place feels old with some new additions to it. Flour in the hallway was like dominoes or some kind of a puzzle.. there was a huge stain on the sealing in one of the bedrooms. On the kitchen there was some kind of a carpet that looked like unfinished flour. I could put up with it, but worse part was checking in and entering process. We couldn’t find the door but phone operator wasn’t helpful at all. As a visually impaired person I lived through nightmare until one of my sons randomly knocked on some door, until someone from inside finaly opened. It was a right place but there was NO sign. From good things, location, and housekeeping. It was clean and beds were fresh.

Afew nights with child in central Krakow

Main entrance off main square but then through buildings and a square and up 100 steps (no lift) afterwards. Lock box worked fine, noisy times including early in morning setting up. Room looked lovely, but quality was basic, no table or anywhere to easily eat food (strange when has cooking facilities; well stocked for coffee tea etc; no luggage storage (about 20 minute walk?) so paid for a pace round the corner. It wasn’t the quality, size, comfort and services I had hoped for but was adequate for price. I hadn’t realised Krakow was so pricey so hadn’t been able to judge quality based on price. But I would expect better for this price in UK.

This is our third time staying at spiski palace , this time we had to go to reception & luggage storage which was not at the hotel as it was on previous visits but was a half hour walk, had I known this I would not have booked here , our room was ok but didn’t have a couch or armchairs so was uncomfortable if spending time in your apartment hard chair or bed although they did say the sofa bed bedding was In the sofa we had no sofa , we had two bath towels for mon -fri no hand towels no towel change , the apartment area was very noisy loud music , deliveries late & early , if you break the quiet time 10pm -6am you will be charged 600plz but we had to listen to loud music & guest returning at two fifteen in the morning who were very loud , spiski palace is advertised as a four star luxurious hotel with breakfast option it is not four star at best three star & after three visits I’ve yet to be told about breakfast option or where the dining area is , I won’t be back to spiski palace love the location but this time it was so noisy & having reception half an hour away isn’t suitable

The property is amazing, stunningly beautiful with its age and amazing location. Only downfall that needs to be addressed is there are quite a few nails in old flooring that are sticking out and need to be hammered in properly nearly ripped foot on them a few times..... That aside and im sure can be fixed easily highly recommend this property and would love to come back...

Location near the market plaza is convenient. Location right next to a bar is terrible. The courtyard was used for a DJ event that went from 11 PM to 4:30 AM with blasting music and laser lights going all night long right outside our window

The place is in the best location, short walk from the train and right in the middle of the square. Top floor so you’ll have stairs to climb but worth it. With A/C in all the rooms made it super comfortable. A property

La camera prenotata per 4 persone aveva solo 3 posti letto (un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto singolo), e la coperta del letto matrimoniale era troppo corta per dormire in 3 persone. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma carino e super centrale, ma sicuramente troppo caro per i servizi ricevuti
