1. Sauberkeit:a) Auf dem Boden vor dem Mülleimer lag unidentifizierter Dreck.b) In der Badewanne haben sich die toten Fliegen gesammelt.c) Im Mülleimer lag auch schon etwas drinnen.d) In den Ecken der Schlafzimmer wohnen Spinnen.e) Die Waschmaschiene ist nicht nutzbar, sodass wir jetzt Zeit in einem Waschsalon 16km entfernt verbringen müssen.f) Die Gartenmöbel und die Terasse mussten auch erstmal benutzungstauglich geputzt werden.g) Der Backofen ist auch nicht zu benutzen für uns. Die Dunstabzugshaube knistert und der Filter könnte mal gereinigt werden.h) Der Abfluss in der Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab und müsste wohl auch mal gereinigt werden.2. Sonstiges:a) Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl mussten erst gesucht und aufgebaut werden.b) Es gibt nur in einem Schlafzimmer ein Fliegengitter.c) Das eine Rollo im größeren Schlafzimmer ist defekt.d) Die Heizung ist voreingestellt und kann von uns nicht verstellt werden.e) Im Wohnbereich wären ein Paar mehr Abstell- und Verstaumöglichkeiten wünschenswert.f) Der für 4 Personen winzige Wäscheständer ist defekt.g) Jeder lässt einige Lebensmittel mit langen Haltbarkeiten für den nächsten da, aber abgelaufene Sachen (seit 2022) könnten auch entfernt werden.3. Eindruck:Die Wohnung macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck, da zusätzlich fast alle Wände große Risse haben. Außerdem sind die Türrahmen mit irgendwas gelbem beschmiert. Allgemein macht das Grundstück einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck.

Die Ferienwohnung war keinesfalls wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, sehr unsauber und extrem muffiger Geruch, vor allem die Betten. Die Küche war in einem schmutzigen, alten Zustand, teilweise mit kaputten Geräten und sehr bedürftiger Einrichtung.Wir sind früher als gebucht wieder abgereist, die Ferienwohnung ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Unproblematisch und erholsam

Es war alles da, was unsere kleine Familie gebraucht hat...Küche, Platz zum Spielen, Wann zum Baden und Betten zum schlafen. Dazu in einer total ruhigen und naturnahen Gegend. Genau das, was wir wollten. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter mehr als unproblematisch und entspannt. Vielen Dank!
