Apartment “Ursula Hiemer 1” with Lake and Mountain View and Wi-Fi

The light-flooded holiday apartment “Ferienwohnung Ursula Hiemer 1” is situated outside of Kressbronn, a town on the northern shore of the beautiful Lake Constance, and is only a short drive from the beach. The first-floor apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television and a highchair. From your balcony, you will be able to enjoy unobstructed views of the lake, as well as the Austrian and Swiss Mountains, while you start the day with a coffee. You can also unwind in the shared garden with seating furniture and sunbeds next to a little pond and colourful flowers. From the apartment, you can find supermarkets, bakeries, shops and cafés, as well as the train station, in the centre of Kressbronn, which is a 5-minute drive (2.3 km) away. The closest restaurant can already be reached after a 3-minute walk or 260 m, and the nearest beach, Strandbad Kressbronn, is a 9-minute drive (3.9 km) from the apartment. The ferry terminal is a 7-minute drive (3.2 km) from the property, and you can get to the pretty town of Friedrichshafen in 21 minutes by car (16 km) or 10 minutes by train. Bregenz is located a 30-minute drive (29 km) across the Austrian border.



The apartment is designed for two adults, but has an additional sofa bed for a third person in the living room. An extra bed can be provided for a fee.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bikes can be parked in the garage. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.
