Vacation apartment at Obstgut Willmann, quiet location with a view of Lake Constance

Our quiet and new apartment "Spätburgunder" is located on a hill in front of a vineyard, and is located within a farm, embedded in vines, apple, pear and plum trees. From the bedroom and on the premises you have a view of the lake and the mountains.
The bright apartment ground floor was completed in February 2015 and offers space for the whole family on approx. 85sqm with 3.5 rooms and 2 bedrooms with double beds. Bright tiles are laid in the hall, toilet and bathroom with shower and bathtub, the rest of the apartment is equipped with oak parquet. The kitchen is of high quality and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Cots and high chairs can also be provided.
The apartment has its own WiFi router for connecting to the outside world. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment can be rented from 7 nights. The rental is only from Saturday to Saturday. We ask for your understanding that we cannot confirm different arrival and departure dates.

Die Unterkunft war prima , wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in dem Haus . Die Vermieterin Steffi ist super nett . Mehrere Bäcker und ein Edeka waren in der Nähe . Bei der alten Werft , jetzt Werft 1919 , haben wir gerne mit einem Glas Wein direkt am See gesessen . Gerne fahren wir dort nochmal hin.

Ruhig gelegene moderne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Abendessen auf der kleiner Terrasse mit Blick auf die Weinberge und Bodensee - was will man mehr? Und dazu noch Kuchen zum Geburtstag von der Gastgeberin...Nur zu empfehlen.

Bodensee erleben, wie man es sich wünscht

Haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Schön über dem Ort, in ruhiger Lage befindlich, hat man Spielraum für die Kinder, beeindruckende Aussicht und einen guten Startplatz den Bodensee von Lindau bis Meersburg per Rad oder BahnSchiff zu erkunden. Die Destillerie, mit den prämierten Bränden von Herrn Willmann, lässt die Erwachsenen die Obstregion von ihrer besonderen Seite erfahren. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Einfach nur schön

Ganz tolle Wohnung mit Blick auf den See und die Schweizer Alpen. Ruhige Umgebung direkt am Weinberg und umgeben von Obstbäumen, aber auch nicht weit zum See, zum Bäcker oder zum Bahnhof. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Umbegung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der geräumigen Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Bodensee. Die Lage ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge rund um den Bodensee. Trampolin und Schaukel zwischen den Obstbäumen wurde gerne von den Kindern genutzt.

Eine sehr schön gelegene und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung , so wie beschrieben . Es hat an nichts gefehlt ! Besonderen Dank geht an die Gastgeber ! Sie sind sehr FREUNDLICH u. HILFSBEREIT , sie hatten immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Anliegen . Großzügige Ferienwohnung in toller Lage und mit sehr netten Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen tollen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Insgesamt war die großzügige Ferienwohnung ein toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge in der Region. Vor allem das "Außengelände" mit Sandkasten, Trampolin und Kettcars hatte es unseren beiden Kindern (4 & 7) angetan.

Gepflegtes Ambiente

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich ist ebensfalls sehr gepflegt. Es gibt sogar Bücher und Spiele. Auf jeden Fall auch für höhere Ansprüche zu empfehlen 😉. Von der Wohnung aus kann man auch den Bodensee sehen, was zu jeder Tageszeit toll war! Zu Fuß ist man ca. in 10 Minuten am See, sowie am Bahnhof und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein toller Urlaubsort. Und die Gastgeber waren auch sehr nett!

Ferienwohnung in einem Obstgut

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und holten uns sogar vom Bahnhof ab. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und abends gerne auf unserer kleinen Terrasse gesessen und dort auch unsere Mahlzeiten genossen. Die Lage in Kressbronn ist sehr günstig und es läßt sich von dort viel unternehmen. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche bei Familie Willmann. Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, die Wohnung schön groß & ordentlich. Für die Kinder gab es ein Trampolin, eine Rutsche, eine Schaukel und einen Sandkasten - das wurde alles gerne genutzt. Familie Willmann war sehr freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub am Bodensee

Familie Willmann hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zeit am Bodensee war wunderschön. Dazu haben die herzliche Atmosphäre und die tolle Ferienwohnung viel beigetragen. Auch den Kindern hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Gelände bietet viele Möglichkeiten für die Kinder. Die Lage an den Obst- und Weinbergen ist sehr schön und der Blick auf den See auch. Kressbronn ist ein schöner Ort am See. Wir wollen nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

Unser Familienurlaub 2022

Nach einem herzlichen Empfang durch die Gastgeberin haben wir die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Wohnung bezogen. Das Zusammenspiel aus modernen und verspielt restaurierten alten Möbelstücken verleiht der Wohnung einen gewissen Charme. Begeistert waren wir besonders von der sehr großzügig gestalteten Bad/WC Aufteilung. Alle Fenster sind mit Vorhängen versehen, so dass man auch bei heißen Temperaturen morgens durchlüften und über den Tag alles wunderbar kühl halten kann. Wir haben mit unserer Teenagertochter sehr viel unternommen. Die Region ist wunderschön und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Bad im warmen Bodensee war wunderbar. Ein abschließender Besuch in der Destillerie mit kleinen Kostproben der Brennkunst des Vermitters rundete unseren Besuch ab. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Eine entspannte Woche bei super Sommerwetter

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in dieser sehr netten und geräumigen Wohnung und Umgebung verbracht. Perfekt für Eltern mit 2 Kindern oder Ehepaar. Familie Willmann ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Auch für gemeinsame Ferien mit Freunden geeignet, weil sich noch ein weiteres Mietobjekt auf dem Grundstück befindet. Die Nähe zum See (Naturstrandbad) und Lindau sind toll. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Sehr zufrieden

Der Ort ist sehr schön, dass man direkt Bodensee sehen kann. Hinter die Wohnung sind Trauben Feld, man kann von oben auch sehr gute view bekommen. Garten ist sehr groß mit Trampolin, Sandkasten und Rutsche. Hat unserem kleinem gute gefallen. Familie Willmann sind sehr nett und haben uns viel geholfen. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar, moderne und groß. Wir haben uns sehr schöne Zeit dort genossen.
