Spartanisch und lieblos eingerichtet

Nur das Allernötigste ist vorhanden, selbst zum einfachen Kochen fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie Salatbesteck oder Rührlöffel. Lediglich die Tür zur "Terrasse" kann man "Kippen", ansonsten ist im Wohn-Essbereich kein Fenster zu öffnen. Überall gähnende Leere in den Schränken, keinerlei liebevolles oder anheimelndes Detail oder Dekoration. "Terrasse" waren vier Stühle, die man in einem Seitenweg aufstellen konnte, mussten allerdings immer weggeräumt werden, wenn die Nachbarn auf ihren Parkplatz wollten; "Hundegassi-Strecke", die bei offener Tür auch gerne mal rein wollten. Von einem Blick zum Hafen keine Spur! Wir hatten schon oft FeWo, aber diese hat uns doch sehr enttäuscht.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. absolut traumhafte Lage, leider ein wenig karg eingerichtet, aber sauber und tatsächlich recht gute Matratzen.. für einen Kurzurlaub absolut geeignet, für einen längeren Aufenthalt leider etwas zu spartanisch

mit Mängeln behaftet

1. FeWo war ausgekühlt, Heizung wurde erst nach telef. Erinnerung angestellt, allerdings auf äußerst niedrigen Wert. Heizkörper waren selbst bei höchster Thermostatstufe nur lauwarm. Annehmbare Raumtemperatur war erst kurz vor unserer Abreise erreicht. 2. Küchenmöbel teils ramponiert bzw. beschädigt (z. B. Kühlschrank, Dunstabzug), abgerissene Teile lagen auf Gerät bzw. in Schublade. 3. Velux-Fenster im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht öffnen, da elektr. Antrieb defekt. Hierdurch bereits vorhandener Schimmelansatz am Rahmen. 4. Außer einem Staubsauger kein anderes Reinigungs-Hilfsmittel (z. B. Putzeimer und Feudel) vorhanden. FeWo mit nassen Schuhen betreten? Wir sind selber Hauseigentümer und sind sicher, dies hinreichend bewerten zu können. Diese FeWo würden wir, wenn auch wie jetzt nur für ein paar Tage, nicht noch einmal anmieten.

Einfache Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten (eine Steckdose war nicht komplett und der Knopf der Spülmaschine war lose) könnten beseitigt werden, das tut aber der Urlaubsqualität keinen Abbruch. Wer eine super moderne Wohnung erwartet ist hier sicherlich nicht richtig, es ist aber alles notwendige vor Ort.

Es war sehr schön.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Werden garantiert wieder kommen. Nur eins gefiel uns nicht so gut, dass waren die Radfahrer, die doch sehr rücksichtslos fahren. Nicht alle, aber die meisten.
