Mehr Schein als Sein

Die (Wohn-) Qualität der einzelnen Ferienwohnungen im Objekt "Amtmannshaus" sind sehr unterschiedlich. Wir haben schon mehre unterschieldiche dort genutzt. Die jetzige, Whg. "Eilsum" liegt im 1.OG. Die Innenausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise abgewohnt; das gilt vor allem für das Bad. Die Lage der Whg. "Eilsum" hat leider einen besonderen Nachteil: Sie ist mit den Wohn- und vor allem Schlafzimmerteilen direkt zur Strasse hin ausgerichtet. D.h., beinahe jeden Morgen gibt hier in der Regel ab 7:00 Uhr Anlieferungen (für den unmittelbaren Gaststättenbetrieb mit Aus- und Einladen) und/oder Müllabfuhr und/oder Strassenreinigung durch Groß-LKWs und auch massiven Publikumsverkehr, was leider mit erheblichem Lärm verbunden ist. Das ist sehr belastend. Insgesamt daher leider nur 1 Stern.
