Wohnung nicht für heiße Tage/Nächte geeignet

schönes Appartement, leicher nicht für heiße Tage/Nächte geeignet, da nicht ausreichend isoliert. Im Dachgeschoss fehlte das zugesage Fliegengitter, dass man unbedingt benötigt.
