Da wir an einem Sonntag an- und abgereist sind, haben wir keinen Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern gehabt. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos, auch die Rückgabe war unproblematisch. Für eventuell auftretende Probleme gab es eine Kontaktadresse.

Vom ersten Kontakt, über die Buchung, die Übergabe der Wohnung, die Sauberkeit und vollständige Einrichtung war alles perfekt, freundlich und zuverlässig. Höhepunkt war, dass nach einem Tag bei uns nachgefragt wurde, ob alles in Ordnung wäre; das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Kompliment. Wir kommen gerne wieder und freuen uns bereits heute.
