Pool and area is amazing. but too many cons, listed as below, 1. Reception Staff was rude, either they are not from hospitality industry or simply ignorant showing they don't know English. They wanted all cash, deposit plus hotel charges. but didn't have change to give it back. I was promised to get my change over 20 Ringget but none received. Infact when I asked, they showed as they don't understand English. 2. Cleaning - I found crocroch in my room very first day. Sofa was broken, no one cares to attend. 3. Cleaning staff - mostly Overseas (Bangladesh i suppose) lacks simple discipline like standing in front of door in the lift, stares at woman's

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. They demanded cash only, refused to process my credit card, and even tried to keep my passport as collateral when it was their machine that wasn’t working. The room was a mess — broken lights, no WiFi, and a photo falling off the wall — and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely disorganized. I couldn’t make payment until the third day, and they kept asking me to change my plans to match their manager’s availability instead of fixing their own system. To make matters worse, they’ve got fines for ridiculous things like putting organics in the wrong bin or getting a drop of water in the elevator, and they charge extra for everything, including CLEANING YOUR ROOM and even towels to use the pool. If you don’t want your guests to use the amenities, then don’t list them. An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Avoid this place entirely.

It was an Ok hotel. Close to the monorail station where you can go to KLCC in 3-4 stations, pool and gym were nice! Room was just ok, don’t really recommend when traveling with family with young kids. Property of the room was not great, and had to pay addition for a blanket because 4 cannot fit on the bed and nothing else was provided.

The room initially provided was not clean, and I had to change rooms along with all my luggage. I kindly request that rooms be thoroughly inspected for cleanliness before being assigned to guests—just as they are carefully checked when returning the security deposit.

I recently enjoyed a shortcation at Chambers Residence by Five Senses and was thoroughly impressed. The property strikes a perfect balance between comfort, aesthetics, and thoughtful service. The interiors are modern yet cozy, offering a boutique hotel feel with the privacy of a residence.

They asked for deposit never deposited back. Their machine doesn’t work so I had to give deposit as cash. When I was checking out there was no one at front desk. The promised to refund within 1 week but they are not responding my messages now. Shame on you. That is how you represent Malaysia to tourists? Never coming back to this residence and to Malaysia at all!!!
