Good location, well thought-out room with all standard hotel amenities available. iPad controls were easy to use and control lights, temperature and so on. Due to the narrow capsule-style design with large bed taking up whole of one end of the room there isn't much 'living/sitting' space but for single traveller or couple spending the day out and about it is great.

Rooms are thoughtfully and practically designed for travellers with minimalist tastes. Linens and towels are pristine and staff very responsive and helpful. One star taken off for poor sound-proofing of rooms. Top-notch evening staff were immediately responsive and dealt with loud, unruly neighbours.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience overall. I’ve stayed here before and continue to appreciate the consistent standards across the brand, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back. The room was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed that made for great nights of sleep. The bathroom and shower were spotless, and everything felt well maintained. The hotel’s in-room technology, controlled via an iPad, is a nice concept and generally worked well, although there were a couple of minor technical hiccups during the stay. The staff was responsive and addressed any issues promptly, which I appreciated. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and everything I needed to start the day. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily choose this hotel again on a future visit.

I love this hotel. It’s all computerized with lights, sleep mode, control temperature, curtains that go up and down. It’s very well designed. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was also great and the cappuccino is the best. I was very comfortable and very happy staying there. I will stay in another CitizenM Hotel in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable with a modern vibe. The bed was massive and there was a large window to see the area around the hotel. The location is excellent as it’s a few minutes walk from a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a night market.
