The check in process was ideal considering we arrived after 10pm. The pool was absolutely stunning however very crowded at peak times dues to influencers taking pictures. The elevators become very busy and often leads to long waits. At one point I thought only a few were running despite how many elevators there were. Great perk is the convenience store that was open late!

The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. Also the lift is another issue, keep stopping at almost every 3 floors even though no one press. Quite irritating in that sense. Other than these, the room is good.
