Room was clean. Staff were great. But the location is the absolute best. It is a bit to get to since it’s in the heart of town by taxi. You can also take the KLIA Express and transfer to the LRT line and it’s about a 10 min walk from the station. You are walking distance to endless restaurants and tons of food choices.

The staff is excellent. There ia always someone behind the front desk for all calls. Water is always provided. There is warmth and friendliness. That is the best thing about this Sheraton location. The biggest weakness is the elevator's speed. There is only technically only 3 elevators going to the rooms, one is going to the parking lot. The crowds in this location are overwhelming since it is hub and central of KL. A lot cars, motorists, people on very small streets. Convenience is a plus. The lobby for check in and out is on 7th floor. The main entrance at ground floor is more a transit area, creating more bottleneck in 2 locations and confusion for 1st time travelers. The hotel goes by Sheraton four points and also marriot so it may be confusing for some. It would be nice if they separate the bar or drinks place from the pool so people can enjoy some privacy of the pool for "party, drinking customers". Great overall experience but wishes it is more calming as a hotel. It is just a busy atmosphere instead of cultural even though it ia at the heart of chinatown.

I had my honeymoon here and it was absolutely amazing. Amazing people, amazing breakfast, good clean room, beautiful view. The swimming pool was also nice on the 7th floor. Only note was that the shower wasn’t as hot as we wanted, but it was not an issue! Would definitely come back again
