Perfect stay.

Check in excellent. We were able to have room as soon as we arrived. Room perfect. Sockets by vanity mirror. Hooks in bathroom for used towels etc. Bed and pillows were the most comfortable ever. Pool clean and plenty of towels available. Bar had the best views of the city and Petronas towers. Staff lovely.

Fantastic Customer Service!

From the very moment we arrived, it was clear, the customer service at all venues was amazing. From check-in to the bar staff, all were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, walking to distance to Central Market and restaurants, a perfect location to explore the city. Nice hotel, great staff.

The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards.
