Lovely central hotel. Quite grand overall.

Pros: Staff, quality fiitout and closeness to good shopping and eating.
Cons: All fine.
Location: Central, good exclusive and affordable shopping at hand. Interesting city to look around.
Staff most friendly. We had access to the Club lounge which had the best range of food of any Club we had been in and the staff were lovely with frequent questions about whether everything was to our expectations. I think feeling welcomed and valued as a guest makes a hotel memorable and encourages you to return. If staff have time to say more than the expected cordial greeting it does set them apart from the competition. I'd return.

Location! Location! Location

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The lication is perfect as it is close to everything you need as a tourist, including the free shuttle bus going around KL e.g to KLCC The hotel is right next to the Pavilion Shopping Mall and 5 minutes walk to Jalan Alor (night market n outdoor dining area). Some parts of the hotel is a bit worn but overall it is still a lovely place to stay for your holidays.
