Booked a smoke free room and got a smoking room No one to help with luggage was handed a key and pointed to the elevator The fridge did not work The toilet hose leaked over night saturating all of my things in the bathroom Went out for breakfast and was locked out of my room as I forgot to come back down the previous day and pay the service tax when I arrived as I was jet lagged A phone was in my room and the staff could have called to remind me but chose to lock me out instead

With a dirty old man manager

Dirty old man manager knocked on my doorr to ask if I am using whatsapp because he wants to communicate with me..scary Dirty old man!! From that time on, I was placing the bed to block the door because I was afraid that he migjt try to come in when I am asleep. I did nof feel safe

Not too good

Room was dirty, no air remote, no plug converter for TV, Curtin tyed with a peace material, I can go on, it needs update Staff were very pleasent

Above expectations in every way, I would recommend

Pros: The staff were fantastic and so very helpful. Wifi was good, the room was very comfortable and the price was fair.

Location: Close to the Bukit Bintang monorail, Jalan Alor (food) and a host of shopping centers.
