Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and close to many shopping and food options. Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars.
