Impiana KLCC exceeded my expectations with excellent service and a prime location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially Karen, was professional and attentive. She helped fix my reservation mistake and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur—just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC Mall, with easy access to public transport. The room has NO hand towel always. the lighting is too DARK in the room, so, can not work inside the room. I requested the receiption to change room type from twin single bed to 1 King size bed room if available. They refused or rejected my request even just checking the room availability. They keep saying they just prepared based on my request room. It’s NOT Highly Recommended this hotel to other guests.
