Central location across the road from The Pavillon Mall. Breakfast includes many many many dishes from many different cuisines. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing. Could not fault the hotel.

Very Disappointing

Very disappointing. I expected more of a Marriott hotel. They oversell themselves. Blackout blinds? The room had no windows. Soundproofing? I could hear an event on a different floor that went on til 3am. Doors were banging day and night. It was intolerably noisy. Dressing gowns? Not in my room. The room was cold without the aircon on and there's no heating. The location is their biggest selling point. And the pool area was nice but even there someone was yelling into a microphone for no obvious reason. Not a relaxing hotel.

No soundproof at all!

The soundproofing is non-existent. I can hear conversations from the connecting room next door, even the sound of a zipper opening on a bag. Also, I can hear the water running in the bathroom of the next room. The breakfast is like a total mess, like a street market. The quality does not match the hotel’s name at all.
